About the Founder
I’m Robert, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of data, technology, and operational leadership.
I’ve led global subsurface software companies, built cloud‑native data platforms, modernized collaboration environments for public‑sector organizations, and advised operators on well, seismic, and PPDM‑based data management. My background spans executive roles at Neuralog and PetroWEB, enterprise consulting with Microsoft, EPAM, and Infosys, and hands‑on architecture work across Azure, M365, and modern data ecosystems.
Groundwork is the culmination of that experience — a consultancy that blends:
